Supplying Plastic Compounds

Recyplas supplying comprehensive range of Polymer and Plastic materials, available as prime compound granules, Reprocessed pellets.

We are proud to offer High Quality Re-Compounded and Re-Granulated Polymergrades of plastic. We are expert in turning recycle waste into plastic compounds. Recyplas reprocess mainly polythene and with our in-house capabilities and state of the art equipment we can achieve maximum efficiency and high qualiity output at more stable price.

Recyplas supply the compounds  in any quantity ranging from one pallet to a full lorry load, packaged in either bulk bags or 25kg bags. We supply following compounds, however we can customised as per your requirements.

1. LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)100px-Plastic-recyc-04.svg

ldpeRecyplas supplying LDPE in form of Recycled Pellets as black or various colours on request. LDPE widely use in application for Squeeze  bottles, toys, carrier bags, high frequency insulation, chemical tank linings, heavy duty sacks, general packaging, gas and water  pipes. As, per recent case studies Film for packaging is one of the largest markets for low density polyethylene. Low cost, ease of sealing and good product protection have helped to make film the largest polyethylene market.

2. HDPE( High-Density Polyethylene)100px-Plastic-recyc-02.svg

Recyplas supplying HDPE in form of Recycled Pellets in off natural and mixed colour blends. Due to Flexible, translucent/waxy, weatherproof properties of HDPE its widely use in application for Chemical drums, jerricans, carboys, toys, picnic ware, household and kitchenware, cable insulation, carrier bags, food wrapping material. HDPE is also used for cell liners in subtitle D sanitary landfills, wherein large sheets of HDPE are either extrusion or wedge welded to form a homogeneous chemical-resistant barrier, with the intention of preventing the pollution of soil and groundwater by the liquid constituents of solid waste.

3. PP (Poly-Propylene)100px-Plastic-recyc-05.svg

Recyplas supplying PP in form of Recycled Pellets. Polypropylene is one of those most versatile polymers available with applications, both as a plastic and as a fibre, in virtually all of the plastics end-use markets.PP is one of the leading materials used for film extrusion and has in recent years benefited versus cellophane, metals and paper on account of its superior puncture resistance, low sealing threshold and competitive price. It is easy to customize, too. One of the benefits it offers to manufacturers is the ability to add dye to it. It can be colored in various ways without degrading the quality of the plastic. This is also one of the reasons it is commonly used to make up the fibers in carpeting. PP also classified in this sector are Housewares, Furniture, Appliances, Luggage, Toys, Battery Cases and other “durable” items for home, garden or leisure use.

 For Extrusion Applications

Plastics extrusion is a high-volume manufacturing process in which raw plastic is melted and formed into a continuous profile. Extrusion produces items such as pipe/tubing, weather stripping, fencing, deck railings, window frames, plastic films and sheeting, thermoplastic coatings, and wire insulation. Compounding extrusion is a process that mixes one or more polymers with additives to give plastic compounds. The feeds may be pellets, powder and/or liquids, but the product is usually in pellet form, to be used in other plastic-forming processes such as extrusion and injection molding.

Recyplas compounds use in broad array of  application like various containers, dispensing bottles, wash bottles, tubing, plastic bags for computer components, Carrier bags, mailing bags,Refuse Sacks, Swing Bin Liners and Garden Sacks,Polythene Pipes, Tree Guards.
